PPFIA2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPFIA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,967 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPFIA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPFIA2-AS1, ZNF423, and SEPTIN4. Each is linked with PPFIA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPFIA2-to-partner and partner-to-PPFIA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPFIA2 versus PPFIA2-AS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPFIA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPFIA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
