PPFIA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPFIA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,601 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPFIA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZWINT, SKA1, and OIP5. Each is linked with PPFIA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPFIA2-to-partner and partner-to-PPFIA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZWINT grouped by PPFIA2-low versus PPFIA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPFIA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPFIA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
