Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPFIA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,526 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPFIA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Muscle system process, Antimicrobial peptide production, and Antimicrobial peptide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PPFIA2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPFIA2-to-partner and partner-to-PPFIA2 results are reported.
