Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPFIA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 882 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPFIA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM16L, MDH1B, and AP1AR. Each is linked with PPFIA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPFIA2-to-partner and partner-to-PPFIA2 results are reported.
