PPFIA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPFIA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,695 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPFIA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FADD, CCND1, and PELI3. Each is linked with PPFIA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPFIA1-to-partner and partner-to-PPFIA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPFIA1 versus FADD in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPFIA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPFIA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
