PPFIA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPFIA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,273 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPFIA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP4, RPL17-C18orf32, and ADAM33. Each is linked with PPFIA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPFIA1-to-partner and partner-to-PPFIA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP4 grouped by PPFIA1-low versus PPFIA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPFIA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPFIA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
