PPCS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPCS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,848 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPCS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CMPK1, NUDC, and RUFY1. Each is linked with PPCS in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPCS-to-partner and partner-to-PPCS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPCS versus CMPK1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPCS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPCS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
