PPCS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPCS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 596 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPCS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RARRES2P4, MT-TS1, and CHCHD2P3. Each is linked with PPCS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPCS-to-partner and partner-to-PPCS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RARRES2P4 grouped by PPCS-low versus PPCS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPCS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPCS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
