The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher PPBPP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPBPP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM and COAD are the cancer types where PPBPP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
