Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPBPP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,712 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPBPP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Methylation, Regulation of double-strand break repair, and Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination. Each is linked with PPBPP2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPBPP2-to-partner and partner-to-PPBPP2 results are reported.
