Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPBPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,222 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPBPP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule nucleation, Intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway by p53 class mediator, and Autophagosome maturation. Each is linked with PPBPP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPBPP1-to-partner and partner-to-PPBPP1 results are reported.
