PPARA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPARA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,451 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPARA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTLL12, PCYT2, and PLXNB2. Each is linked with PPARA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPARA-to-partner and partner-to-PPARA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPARA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPARA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
