PPA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,639 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASP6, ARFIP1, and ANKRD17. Each is linked with PPA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPA2-to-partner and partner-to-PPA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPA2 versus CASP6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
