Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,747 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFL6, ARHGEF38, and HADH. Each is linked with PPA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPA2-to-partner and partner-to-PPA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPA2 versus EGFL6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
