PPA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,169 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF1E1-BLOC1S5, RN7SL354P, and PGBD4P2. Each is linked with PPA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPA2-to-partner and partner-to-PPA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EEF1E1-BLOC1S5 grouped by PPA2-low versus PPA2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
