PPA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,330 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IDE, VDAC2_S115, and CCDC6. Each is linked with PPA1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPA1-to-partner and partner-to-PPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPA1 versus IDE in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
