Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,870 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCBD1, ADK, and ATP2B1-AS1. Each is linked with PPA1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPA1-to-partner and partner-to-PPA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPA1 versus PCBD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
