PP2D1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PP2D1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,825 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PP2D1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2B, CLEC11A, and RBM15B_S109. Each is linked with PP2D1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PP2D1-to-partner and partner-to-PP2D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PP2D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PP2D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
