Across TCGA patient cohorts, PP2D1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PP2D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Tuberin and Ku80. Each is linked with PP2D1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PP2D1-to-partner and partner-to-PP2D1 results are reported.
