Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POU6F2-AS2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated POU6F2-AS2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher POU6F2-AS2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POU6F2-AS2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and ESCA show a favorable association.
STAD, KIRC, and BLCA are the cancer types where POU6F2-AS2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
