Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POU5F1P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated POU5F1P4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher POU5F1P4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POU5F1P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and READ show a favorable association.

COAD, BLCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where POU5F1P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
