The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher POU5F1B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POU5F1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, SKCM, and TGCT are the cancer types where POU5F1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
