The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher POU5F1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POU5F1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, ESCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where POU5F1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
