POU2F3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POU2F3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,076 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POU2F3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GGA1, PATZ1, and DNAL4. Each is linked with POU2F3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POU2F3-to-partner and partner-to-POU2F3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POU2F3 versus GGA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POU2F3→partner) and Y-score (partner→POU2F3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
