POU2F2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POU2F2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,358 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POU2F2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, WDFY4, and PTPN7. Each is linked with POU2F2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POU2F2-to-partner and partner-to-POU2F2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POU2F2 versus WAS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POU2F2→partner) and Y-score (partner→POU2F2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
