POU2AF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POU2AF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,473 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POU2AF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN1, CD48, and CORO1A. Each is linked with POU2AF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POU2AF1-to-partner and partner-to-POU2AF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POU2AF1 versus SEPTIN1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POU2AF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POU2AF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
