POTEM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POTEM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POTEM-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2A41P, RN7SL813P, and CTRB1. Each is linked with POTEM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POTEM-to-partner and partner-to-POTEM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POTEM→partner) and Y-score (partner→POTEM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
