Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POTEKP RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated POTEKP data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher POTEKP RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POTEKP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and SKCM show a favorable association.
BRCA, ACC, and LUAD are the cancer types where POTEKP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
