Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POTEH RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated POTEH data layer compared with 10 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher POTEH RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POTEH expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and SCLC show a favorable association.

KICH, BRCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where POTEH RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
