Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POTEH Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated POTEH data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher POTEH Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POTEH expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, PAAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where POTEH Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
