POTEE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POTEE mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POTEE-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, MYH11, and p70-S6K. Each is linked with POTEE in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POTEE-to-partner and partner-to-POTEE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POTEE→partner) and Y-score (partner→POTEE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
