POTED

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POTED mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 100 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POTED-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00709, MIR6803, and ARPP19P2. Each is linked with POTED in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POTED-to-partner and partner-to-POTED results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC00709 grouped by POTED-low versus POTED-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POTED→partner) and Y-score (partner→POTED) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
