POTED

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POTED RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 549 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POTED-associated genes across cancer lineages are POTEC, POTEM, and MYH1. Each is linked with POTED in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POTED-to-partner and partner-to-POTED results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POTED versus POTEC in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.95.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POTED→partner) and Y-score (partner→POTED) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
