POTED

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POTED RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POTED-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUPT5H, FER1L6, and ARHGAP31. Each is linked with POTED in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POTED-to-partner and partner-to-POTED results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SUPT5H grouped by POTED-low versus POTED-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POTED→partner) and Y-score (partner→POTED) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
