POTEC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POTEC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,903 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POTEC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, NAPSB, and HAUS2. Each is linked with POTEC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POTEC-to-partner and partner-to-POTEC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POTEC→partner) and Y-score (partner→POTEC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
