Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POTEA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated POTEA data layer compared with 11 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher POTEA Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POTEA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
COAD, UCEC, and TGCT are the cancer types where POTEA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
