Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, POT1-AS1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated POT1-AS1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher POT1-AS1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated POT1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV are the cancer types where POT1-AS1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
