POR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,002 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MDH2, P2RY8_S324, and BAIAP2L1. Each is linked with POR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POR-to-partner and partner-to-POR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POR versus MDH2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POR→partner) and Y-score (partner→POR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
