Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,250 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5MF, METTL14, and ZSCAN26. Each is linked with POR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POR-to-partner and partner-to-POR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POR versus ATP5MF in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POR→partner) and Y-score (partner→POR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
