POR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,017 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POR-associated genes across cancer lineages are FH, PYCR2, and COMTD1. Each is linked with POR in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POR-to-partner and partner-to-POR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POR versus FH in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POR→partner) and Y-score (partner→POR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
