POPDC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POPDC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,977 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POPDC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAG2, RAB3D, and NUMBL_S263. Each is linked with POPDC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POPDC3-to-partner and partner-to-POPDC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POPDC3 versus BAG2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POPDC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→POPDC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
