POPDC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POPDC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POPDC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEKHA4, ZDHHC7, and LMAN2. Each is linked with POPDC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POPDC3-to-partner and partner-to-POPDC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POPDC3 versus PLEKHA4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.79.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POPDC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→POPDC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
