POPDC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POPDC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,170 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POPDC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1972-2, SNX33P1, and MTND5P27. Each is linked with POPDC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POPDC3-to-partner and partner-to-POPDC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1972-2 grouped by POPDC3-low versus POPDC3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POPDC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→POPDC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
