Across TCGA cell cohorts, POPDC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POPDC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPRPN, GML, and LGI1. Each is linked with POPDC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POPDC3-to-partner and partner-to-POPDC3 results are reported.
