Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, POP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible POP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP221, TRDD1, and MIR4665. Each is linked with POP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POP5-to-partner and partner-to-POP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP221 grouped by POP5-low versus POP5-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→POP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
