POP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, POP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,023 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANAPC5, RFC5, and SRSF9. Each is linked with POP5 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POP5-to-partner and partner-to-POP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, POP5 versus ANAPC5 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→POP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
