Across TCGA cell cohorts, POP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF10 and NAT8B. Each is linked with POP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POP5-to-partner and partner-to-POP5 results are reported.
