Across TCGA patient cohorts, POP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,689 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENY2, DCAF13, and NUDCD1. Each is linked with POP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POP1-to-partner and partner-to-POP1 results are reported.
