POP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,931 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB2, HASPIN, and BUB3. Each is linked with POP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POP1-to-partner and partner-to-POP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCNB2 grouped by POP1-low versus POP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
