POP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, POP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible POP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, MEK1, and TFRC. Each is linked with POP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both POP1-to-partner and partner-to-POP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by POP1-low versus POP1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (POP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→POP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
